In this 4-week series, you'll learn how to reduce highly processed foods and eat more real, whole foods. You'll also learn about the ingredient list, packaging, how to plan ahead, mindful eating, what healthy eating means, how to navigate the grocery store, and much more. Hands-on cooking in every class, including homemade granola and tortillas. Class fee covers all 4 weeks.
