About the Class

In this class, we will pickle a variety of fresh vegetables and process them in a water-bath canner.  If you are new to canning, this class is a great way to become introduced to the world of simple food preservation.  Learn all about the proper ways to preserve food by canning it.  Everyone participates in pickling the vegetables and filling their own jars.  Class includes your own pint of pickled vegetables to take home, plus recipes.
