A mouth-watering combination of boneless pork chops, fresh pineapple, bell pepper, onion, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, and many seasonings. Cooks in the slow-cooker.
#3 Italian Sausage Rigatoni Bake:
A delicious pasta dish with Italian sausage, fresh mushrooms, sweet pepper, marinara sauce, and cheeses. Cooks in the oven.
#4 Veggie Lasagna Rolls:
Filled with fresh spinach, ricotta, zucchini, carrot, parmesan and mozzarella, these rolls are both healthy and delicious. Cooks in the oven.
#5 Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry:
An easy stir-fry with chicken, broccoli, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, fresh ginger, and orange juice. Cooks in a skillet.
#6 Chicken Fajitas:
A colorful and delicious mixture of chicken, peppers, onion, garlic, honey, lime, and seasonings. Tortillas aren't included, but you can order them under "shop". This meal cooks on the stovetop.
#7 Hearty Veggie Soup:
This amazing soup is chock-full of tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, celery, onion, and beans. Very filling and healthy! Cooks in the slow cooker.
#8 Beef or Chicken Burritos
Filled with seasoned lean ground beef or chicken, refried beans, spanish rice, cheese, and salsa. You get 5 large burritos in the large meals, and 3 large burritos in the small meals. Please specify beef or chicken and white or whole-wheat tortillas.
#9 Classic Stuffed Peppers:
A combination of colored peppers, sliced in half and filled with lean ground beef, brown rice, tomatoes, cheese, and a variety of seasonings. Cooks in the slow cooker or oven.
