Kitchen Social is located at 104 S. Beverly St. (corner of 1st & Beverly) in Casper, WY. We opened the summer of 2019 where we taught healthy eating & cooking classes. In the Fall of 2020, due to the pandemic, we had to change our business plan in order to stay afloat. That is when Meals-to-Go was created.
Meals-to-Go is a meal prep service where you can purchase fresh, healthy, fully prepared meals that are ready to be cooked and are also freezer-friendly.
This has turned out to be a strong need in our community as so many families are busy and simply don't have time to prepare and cook healthy meals. Almost all of the meals prepared at Kitchen Social contain fresh or frozen vegetables, plus whole grains, lean meat, and nutrient-dense ingredients.
KARLA CASE, RD, LD
Karla Case is the owner and head chef at Kitchen Social and has spent two decades in Casper, WY. She began her career as a Registered Dietitian at the University of Wyoming Extension Office, where she taught nutrition and cooking classes for 14 years. She developed a curriculum called Real Food, which taught people how to reduce highly processed foods and eat more whole, real foods. This is a passion of Karla's and led to the creation of Meals-to-Go: to help families eat healthy meals at home and not have to depend on highly processed food or fast food.
