When are pick-up and delivery times?Pick up & delivery happens every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Order by 8:00 the night before for pickup and delivery

How can I redeem a gift card at checkout?At checkout, click "Offline Payment" and then add your gift card number under "Add Order Notes" listed above the payment total.

How do I order extra treats, including dog treats?We also prepare, bake, and sell other treats like homemade granola, muffins, cookies, and even healthy dog treats! Add these to your order by clicking "Meals to Go" at the top of the menu, and then "Extras and Treats." This will pull up our full menu of treats.

Are the pick-up and delivery times exact?Whether you're picking up or having your order delivered, you'll be asked to select a pick-up/delivery time. Our current website system requires this, but you can pick up anytime between 1:00 and 4:00 on your scheduled day. Delivery times are not exact and will vary. If you DO need to pick-up or have your meal delivered at a specific time, please add a comment at checkout.

Does the menu change every month?Yes, we post a new menu every month and also add a few new items mid-month.

How can I tell if a meal is gluten-free?On the menu, all gluten-free meals have an icon of a wheat with a line through it. Also, many of our meals have a gluten-free option that you can choose when you click on the meal.
